About MoPower


In May 2009 Mo Yacoobali set up my non-traditional gym. This has been totally focused on strength and conditioning, and looks at how the body is supposed to be used and challenged.


Too often gym regimes are repetitive. This greatly reduces the effectiveness of the training on the body and gym users get bored. My programmes involve constant change and use scientific principles, which dictate that you need different programmes for speed than for force and strength.


The gym designed by Mo and uses equipment as diverse as chains, sandbags, logs and truck tyres. With agility quickness workouts, strongman exercises and boxing equipment to focus your body to achieve great results with physical and cardio fitness.
